Organised by Qatar Billiards and Snooker Federation over five days, Ali Al Obaidli won Ramadan Open Snooker Championship in which 40 players took part.
Al Obaidli was crowned with the title and won the championship cup, after a 4-1 win over Russian competitor Kosta Stepanov coach of the Qatar national team in the final match.
Al Obaidli claimed the title starting with his group's lead in the group stage, followed by a 3-0 win over Muzammil Hussein and a 4-2 victory over Bashar Hussein in the quarter-finals.
