HE President of the Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani crowned Al Wajba as champions of the 2023 Al Wajba Ramadan Football Tournament.
Al Wajba defeated Al Wukair 1-0 in the final match. Hamad al-Marri scored the match's only goal to seal the victory for Al Wajba. Al Wajba goalkeeper Masoud Zeraei won the Best Goalkeeper Award. Al Wukair player Khaled al- Hamar, who scored four goals, won the tournament's Top Scorer prize. Al Wukair player Hamid al-Ahbabi won the Best Player of the Tournament award. In the semi-finals, Al Wajba defeated Al Rayyan 5-4 on penalties after the end of the original time in a 4-4 draw. Al Wukair reached the final after defeating Merrikh 3-1.
