The debaters of DPS-Modern Indian School won recognition and appreciation in the Hong Kong Debate Championship held via the Zoom platform recently. Among the 40-plus teams from high schools and universities, DPS-MIS team Red Mahogany with Krish Nagrani and Drishti Tibrewal qualified for High School Grand Final whereas Team Blue Oak with Surya Kauthik and Nikkil Dcruz bagged the sixth position in the qualifying round. The international tournament, conducted in British Parliamentary style, gave a wide exposure to the participants, and honed their persuasive and argumentative skills.
