Weather inshore until 6pm on Thursday will be hazy at first, moderate temperature at day time, slightly cloudy later and relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore will be hazy at times with some clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot shifting to northeasterly later.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 12 knot.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
