Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly 08 to 18 KT gusting 28 KT during thundery rain.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometres or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 4 FT and rises to 5 FT during thundery rain. Offshore it will be 2 to 5 FT rising to 9 FT during thundery rain.
