Indian Cultural Centre's (ICC) outgoing committee led by P N Baburajan has handed over the reins to the new committee headed by A P Manikantan at a ceremony. Indian embassy first secretary and ICC
co-ordinating officer Xavier Dhanraj was the chief guest. ICC general secretary Krishna Kumar Bandhakavi conducted the ceremony. Baburajan, in his valedictory message, thanked ambassador Dr Deepak Mittal and Dhanraj for their support and guidance. Dhanraj lauded the outgoing committee. Shweta Koshti proposed a vote of thanks.
