Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced the working hours of its branches during Ramadan to ensure that customers have access to its services at convenient hours throughout the month.
Starting from today, QIB’s mall branches at Al Gharafa (QMall), Dar Al Salam, Doha Festival City, City Center, Place Vendôme, and Mall of Qatar will operate from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00am to 2:30pm, and 9:00pm to 11:30pm, and evening time only on Fridays.
Tawar Mall and Al Mirqab Mall branches will continue to serve customers from Saturday to Thursday only from 10:00am to 3:30pm.
The corporate branch at Grand Hamad Street as well as branches at Al Fanar, Old Airport Street, Al Rayyan, Al Sadd, C-Ring Tamayuz Center, Al Khor, Salwa Road, Al Wakra, Ministry of Health, Mesaieed, Industrial branch, Al-Shahaniya, Al Jazeera Media Network, and QatarEnergy will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00am to 2:00pm and will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
The corporate and SME (small and medium enterprises) customers will continue to be serviced at Grand Hamad Street branch from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00am to 2:00pm, and Salwa Road and Al Rayyan branches for all cash and cheques transactions at the same timings.
The service centres in C-Ring Road, and Al Fanar and the Wage Protection System (WPS) Center will be welcoming customers from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00am to 2:00pm, and the C-Ring Centre will be open in the evening as well from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. All the service centres will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
Retail and corporate customers are invited to also utilise QIB’s retail and corporate Internet banking platforms and mobile applications as well as the Call Center on 4444 8444, virtual assistant “Zaki”, and the 178 ATMs and cash deposit machines spread across the country.
