His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Wednesday Amiri Order No. 4 of 2023, appointing HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohamed Al Khater as Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Amiri Order is effective starting from its date of issue, and is to be published in the official gazette.
