Offshore will be slightly dusty at times with some clouds, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea at times.
Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to15 knot gusting to 23 knot at places.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot reaching to 23 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 7 feet at times.
