MoFA secretary-general bids farewell to Algerian diplomat

HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi met on Tuesday with ambassador of Algeria to Qatar Dr Mustafa Boutoura on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country. HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended thanks to the ambassador for his efforts in bolstering and enhancing the bilateral relations, wishing him success in his new duties.
