HE the Minister of Public Health Dr Hanan Mohamed al-Kuwari met Sunday with Minister of Health of Sudan Dr Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim Awadallah, on the sidelines of the Middle East Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare 2023, which is being held in Doha.
They discussed relations between the countries in various health fields and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to the most important topics addressed by the Middle East Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare. HE the Minister of Public Health also met on the sidelines of the forum, with World Health Organisation (WHO) Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean Dr Ahmed Salim al-Mandhari. During the meeting, they discussed strengthening co-operation between Qatar and the WHO as well as the most important issues addressed by the forum. (QNA)
