The 10th Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition (AgriteQ) 2023 on its second day on Thursday continued to attract a large number of visitors.
A Ministry of Municipality statement said AgriteQ 2023 highlights best technologies and practices to promote sustainable development and food security. The second day also witnessed a large turnout of visitors.
The exhibition has platforms that allow farmers and experts to exchange experiences while introducing the latest trends and developments.
The Public Works Authority (Ashghal), a golden sponsor, is showcasing its most important projects and initiatives, including green buildings, utilising building demolition waste in road projects and wastewater treatment for use in irrigation and beautification.
Hassad Food, another golden sponsor, has displayed a variety of high-quality products including fresh vegetables, poultry, Australian chilled meat, fodder products, dates, oils and basmati rice in addition to agricultural technologies, machinery and equipment.
AgriteQ 2023 also yesterday witnessed signing of an agreement between Aalaf Qatar and Al Mirqab Indstrial Investment Company for the distribution and sale of feed products.
