Human Rights Department director Dr Turki bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud participated in a panel discussion on international co-operation to guarantee the right to education.
The panel discussion took place on the sidelines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs celebration of Arab Human Rights Day.
The ministry held the celebration in co-operation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Arab League, with participation of representatives from Unesco and the UN Human Rights Training and Documentation Centre.
