Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) along with apex bodies, associated organisations and senior community leaders bid farewell to Pallash Kumar Das who is leaving Qatar after 15 years of professional and social service to the community. An ICC managing committee member from 2014 to 2016 and advisory council member from 2018 – 2020, the design consultant was actively involved with associated organisations such as Qatar Assam Society / Samanvayam.
