There is no need to visit the Traffic Department in case of minor accidents, Hukoomi Qatar has reminded the public. The parties concerned should take photographs of the two vehicles involved and register the accident on the Metrash2 app of the Ministry of Interior, an advisory said. Motorists can file online reports of minor traffic accidents and upload images of the damage caused to both vehicles. "This service saves time and effort for the two parties in a (minor) car accident and exempts them from going to the Traffic Department," the advisory noted.
