Thundery rain is expected in the country Monday along with strong winds and poor visibility at times, the Qatar Met department has said.
Similar conditions have been forecast in offshore areas, too, in addition to high seas.
The wind speed may go up to 35 knots inshore during thundershowers and 30 knots offshore, with the sea level rising to 10’ at times.
The detailed forecast says cloudy conditions and slight to blowing dust are expected inshore Monday, and there is a chance of rain that may become thundery at times.
Visibility, meanwhile, may drop to 2km or less in some places.
Clouds and rain are likely offshore as well, along with thundery conditions occasionally.
The temperature will range from 22-26° Celsius in Doha Monday.
Cloudy conditions were seen in Doha and other places Sunday, while scattered rain was reported from the southwestern parts of the country, according to the Met department.
