The organisation of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 has created a huge number of experienced and competent cadres who can be a source of professional development in all sectors of the country in the future, according to Abdullah al-Mansouri, executive director of the Qatar Career Development Centre, a member of Qatar Foundation.
Speaking to local Arabic daily Arrayah, he explained that Qatar will host dozens of successful global and regional sports championships, conferences and exhibitions with all the accrued experiences suitable for any event.
"The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 has been described as the best championship of its kind in the 21st century. The Qatari excellence is the outcome of many years of planning, preparation and training. Qatar has succeeded in producing a whole generation of proficient young people who gained invaluable experiences during the World Cup. The Qataris took the leadership of the championship, benefiting from sophisticated education, field training programmes, specialised certifications, and the accumulated expertise in the field of events and crisis management."
