Four people were killed and more than 40 thousand were evacuated after continuous heavy rain triggered flooding in several states across Malaysia.
According to the Malaysian authorities, over 40 thousand people were evacuated in six states, especially in Johor state, to schools and temporary shelters.
The authorities stated that the continuous heavy rain hindered relief operations.
The Malaysian Meteorological Agency predicted that the rains will continue until April.
