The Japanese embassy in Qatar hosted a reception at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort and Convention Hotel Monday to mark Japan’s National Day. Japanese ambassador Satoshi Maeda was joined at the ceremony by a number of dignitaries and guests, including HE the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohamed bin Ali bin Mohamed al-Mannai, director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Protocol Department Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, dean of the diplomatic corps Ali Ibrahim Ahmed and others.
