The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has introduced new number plates for limousines and asked limousine owners to replace the current number plates of their vehicles with the new 'Limo' plates when renewing their vehicle licences.
The ministry made the announcement on social media yesterday, noting new vehicles belonging to limousine companies will be registered with the 'Limo' number plate.
Also, it is mandatory to replace the number plates of existing limousines with the new ones while renewing the vehicle permits of limousine companies, the MoI said, adding that the rule came into effect on February 22.
