Area 15 conducted its annual speech contests led by contest manager and area director Babu M K, in a hybrid environment. The first and second place winners will represent Area 15 in the Division D Toastmasters Annual Conference - Dare to Dream 2023 on March 10.
The members from the clubs – KEF Toastmasters, AITMAQ Toastmasters, and Al Kalema Toastmasters Club, competed. The winners: Evaluation – Nevine Kamel, Najla Azad, Bindu Pillai; humorous – Sachit Kadavil, Ajinas Arangatt, Zia Kola; table topics – Nevine Kamel, Bindu Pillai, Mary Shine Saju; international – Bindu Pillai, Nevine Kamel, Najla Azad. R S Kumar Naidu was the chief judge. Special mention was given to Area 15 past director Pradip Sadiye for his assistance. District director Rajesh V C, programme quality director Ravi Shankar J and other guests graced the event.
