The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) continues to implement upgrade works on the Southern part of Tuwar Al Heraithi Street and Al Hamm Street.
Ashghal said in a tweet that landscaping works on Al Sailiya Road are underway as part of the Improvement Works in Greater Doha Project – Phase 9.
Ashghal had opened Al Sailiya Road and the Muaither and Plastic Intersections to traffic after completion of their conversion from roundabouts,
Engineer Moza al-Sowaidi, head of Doha City Section, said that the upgrading works serve health and commercial facilities, educational and sports institutions, and the Khalifa International Stadium.
