Offshore, it will be Northwesterly 22 - 30 KT Gusting to 35 KT at places at times.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometer.
Sea state inshore will be 3 - 5 feet. Offshore will be 7 - 10 feet, Rises to 12 feet at places at times.
