The Ministry of Transport (MoT) has launched the Society Satisfaction Survey in order to improve the public transport system and introduce more features in its services. The public can take part in the survey, answer the questions and submit the feedback through this link.
“Continuing to enhance its effective communication across the whole of society, the MoT is pleased to invite you to take this Society Satisfaction Survey within the framework of its continual improvement effort,” the ministry tweeted.
The survey can be completed within two minutes and the questions are related to the accessibility of various modes of public transit, including public buses, taxis, Doha Metro and Lusail Tram. Also, the public is asked about accessibility to information about the MoT through search engines, while one of the questions asks whether the website and other information channels are user-friendly.
Also, the survey seeks to know about the public response to the ministry's social media channels. The public can also submit their suggestions on the MoT’s activities and suggestions based on their experience.
