Qatargas hosted activities for its employees and their families at Aspire Zone and Al Khor Community as part of the National Sport Day activities. The company showcased a wide variety of sporting options to appeal to all ages and all interests. In Doha, the day began with a group warm up exercises on stage, followed by a walkathon and a light spinning bike exercise. Other activities included football, volleyball, basketball, mini golf, badminton, five-hole target, table tennis, and foosball. There was also an exclusive ladies’ area for light exercises. For younger participants, activities included a bouncy castle and multiple fun games such as the sack race, ball on the spoon race, and the three-legged race. Fitness classes were held for both adults and children. In addition, a football tournament took place with prizes given to the winning teams. Al Khor hosted similar activities, and included a cycling race, swimming challenge, and a martial arts demonstration. Qatargas medical team was also present with special activities and fun medical educational tools and activities for families.
