Weather inshore until 6 pm on Thursday will be dusty at first, moderate temperature with blowing dust at times with some clouds, relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind and poor horizontal visibility.
Offshore will be slightly dusty and scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 18 to 25 knot gusting to 35 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 20 - 30 knot gusting 35 knot at places at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers decreasing to 3 kilometres or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 6 to 10 feet surging to 12 feet at at times.
