Weather inshore until 6 pm on Wednesday will be hazy at places at first becoming relatively hot during daytime and slightly dusty at times with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore will be hazy to misty at places at times with some clouds, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 06 - 16 knot gusting to 23 knot at times turns by night to northwesterly.
Offshore, it will be mainly southeasterly at a speed of 08 to 18 knot gusting to 25 knot at times, shifting to northwesterly 12 to 22 knot by night.
Visibility will be 4 to 9 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 5 surging to 7 feet at at times.
