Weather inshore until 6 pm on Tuesday will be misty to foggy at first with some clouds, moderate temperature daytime and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor visibility.
Offshore will be hazy to misty at places at first with some clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT shifts to southeasterly by afternoon.
Offshore, it will be mainly northeasterly to southeasterly 05 to 15 KT.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometres or less at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 FT. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 FT.
