Algerian first responders use dogs as they take part in the search and rescue operations in Syria's northern city of Aleppo, along with Syrian and Russian soldiers. Emergency units from the Spanish military too use trained dog to search for survivors buried under the rubble in Islahiye, a town in southern Turkey.
