The region's leading local tech platform, talabat has launched another campaign to aid the immediate emergency relief support to victims of the earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria, in collaboration with Qatar Charity (QC).
For the next three days, customers can donate specially-curated relief boxes via talabat Mart, including all primary necessities such as: sugar, flour, beans, soup, milk, oil, rice, pasta, tea and much more, for the reduced price of QR50. Additionally, users can purchase comforters at a reduced price of QR12, all of which will be packaged and sent directly to families affected by the recent earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria. For every customer donation on the app, a QR10 delivery fee will also be fully donated to QC as relief to the families affected.
How to donate: Launch the talabat app, choose ‘talabat Mart’ and select ‘Turkey/Syria Donation box’ to donate directly to the urgent cause, complete the donation process via the app, the donation will be sent directly by QC to those affected by the earthquakes via cargo flights.

Ahmad Yousef Fakhroo, CEO’s assistant for the Resources Development and Media sector at QC, thanked talabat and talabat Mart for supporting its campaign to support the earthquake victims.
He also called on the community to support Qatar Charity’s relief campaign and talabat’s initiative to provide relief aid to hundreds of the affected families, meet their necessary needs, and prevent the already worse situation from deteriorating further.
