HE the Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad Sherida al-Kaabi met Ville Skinnari, Finland's Minister of Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade in Doha Tuesday.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with energy relations and cooperation between Qatar and Finland and means to enhance them.
