Offshore, there will be scattered clouds at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea later.
Wind inshore will be Northwesterly 13 - 23 KT during the day, decreases to 4 -14 KT by evening.
Offshore, it will be Northwesterly 15 - 22 KT reaches 30 KT.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres, decreasing to 3 kilometers or less at places sometimes.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 FT rises to 5 FT later. Offshore, it will be 4 to 7 FT rises to 10 FT later.
