DPS-Modern Indian School organised a ‘School Safety Day’ recently to brief students on major safety concerns and highlight the collective responsibility of everyone to provide a safe learning environment. During the morning prayer session, the entire school took a pledge and promised to assert safety in day-to-day life. A special assembly by students of grade IV stressed the importance of safety at every step of life. The students of grade I & II were involved in the colouring activity to educate them about the necessity of safety measures at all levels. Junior school vice principal Shifa Shaikh gave safety guidelines.
