Weather inshore until 6pm on Thursday will be hazy to misty at places at first, becoming mild during daytime with scattered clouds with a chance of light rain in the north, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore will be misty to foggy at places at first, scattered clouds to partly cloudy with a chance of rain in the northern areas at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be mainly southwesterly to southeasterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot becomes northwesterly.
Offshore, it will be southeasterly at a speed of 10 to 18 knot reaching to 22 knot at places at times, shifting to northwesterly later.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/3 kilometres or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at places at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 5 feet rises to 7 feet at places at times.
