As part of strategic network expansion in the region and efforts to reach out to more customers, Rayan Travel & Tours recently opened its new branch at the Yacht Club tram station, Lusail, where it is providing various travel and tour services.

The opening ceremony was attended by Rayan Travel & Tours and Al Darwish United Holding Group chairman Yousuf Jassim al-Darwish, vice-chairman Mohamed Jassim al-Darwish and director Abdulrahman A D al-Darwish, in the presence of general manager Zaheer Yousuf and his team, as well as industry partners.

The fifth branch of the IATA-approved and ISO 9001:2015-certified travel management company is one of the business divisions of Al Darwish United Holding Group, which was founded in 1935. The travel division was established in 1998, and offers a vibrant and dynamic approach to corporate and leisure travel services with the new outlet at the Yacht Club tram station. This is achieved "through ensuring the complete satisfaction of each of our valued customers through unique, distinctive and tailored services", a press statement noted.

“We are pleased to introduce the new branch while offering the services that customers want. Rayan Travel & Tours is proud of going above and beyond industry benchmarks and customer expectations. We consistently strive to set new standards, demonstrate our commitment to excellence and improve ways to enhance the travel experience,” Group chairman Yousuf Jassim al-Darwish said.

Vice-chairman Mohamed Jassim al-Darwish noted that the group is looking forward to developing future business relations while tapping the potential of customers within and outside Qatar. “Qatar is turning out to be the tourist destination of many after the country successfully hosted the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. We are looking to meet their travel and tours requirements,” he said.

General manager Zaheer Yousuf noted that Rayan Travel & Tours offers reliable and valuable service in corporate and leisure segments while lending the customers an opportunity to enjoy the personalised service to its best. “The new branch will further boost our business while helping us reach more customers who can avail of various services that range from holiday packages to visa services,” he noted.

Established in 1998, Rayan Travel & Tours provides a unique blend of customer services and tailored holiday packages, which drives exceptional value at every step of the journey. Also, it provides the first-rate flexible service in a professional and personalised manner, adding a real value to its services.

The services include corporate travel, leisure travel, incentive travel, air tickets, worldwide hotel booking, worldwide holidays packages, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE), safari and tours packages, travel insurance, cruise packages, private jets and car rental.
