Weather inshore until 6 pm on Wednesday will be misty to foggy at places at first, partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of rain may be thundery at places at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected poor visibility at places at first.
Offshore will be partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times, the report added, warning of expected thundery rain / strong wind and high sea at times.
Wind inshore will be mainly northeasterly to northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 25 knot during thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly 10 to 20 knot reaches 29 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 or 2 kilometres or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 6 feet surging to 9 feet at times.
