Veggies and more at Mahaseel

The seventh edition of Mahaseel Festival, currently under way in the southern area of Katara, continues to offer a wide variety of quality vegetables and other local products.
The vegetables available include eggplant, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms, potatoes, cucumber, capsicum, broccoli, courgette, beans, gourd, peas and chillis, as well as locally produced honey, dates, date syrup, flowers, ornamental plants and dairy and poultry products. Katara said in a tweet that the festival also features artistic activities for children and awareness workshops, in addition to rides for kids.
