His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a written message from President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelmadjid Tebboune, pertaining to the strong fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them.
The message was handed over by Boudjemaa Delmi, the Special Envoy of the Algerian President for the Sahel and Africa, when His Highness the Amir met him and the accompanying delegation at Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan on Monday morning.
At the beginning of the meeting, Boujemaa Dilmi conveyed greetings of the Algerian President to His Highness the Amir, and his wishes to His Highness the Amir of continued success, and to the people of Qatar of continued progress and prosperity.
For his part, His Highness the Amir entrusted the Algerian Special Envoy with his greetings to the Algerian President, wishing the President continued success, and the brotherly Algerian people continued progress and prosperity.
Aspects of cooperation between the two countries and means of developing them, in addition to regional developments, were discussed during the meeting.
