Doha Port Friday welcomed the cruise ship 'Mein Schiff 6', operated by the German cruise line 'TUI Cruises' on its first call in 2022/’23 cruise season, bringing in 3,278 passengers and crew to Qatar. The cruise liner, which sails under the flag of Malta, is scheduled to make nine more calls to Doha Port during the current season, Mwani Qatar explained in a tweet. The ship made its first call to Qatar shores in the 2021/’22 cruise season. Commissioned in 2017, Mein Schiff 6 is 295m long, 35.8m wide, and 8m draft and offers space for up to 2,534 passengers and boasts 17,895sq m of outside decks and 1,800sq m of spa and fitness areas, besides 11 restaurants and bistros and 16 lounges.
