Weather inshore until 6 pm on Thursday will be relatively cold with scattered clouds, blowing dust at places at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind at places at times.
Offshore will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea till late night.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot gusting to 28 knot at places, decreasing 05 to 15 knot by evening.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 15 to 25 knot gusting to 30 knot at first, decreasing 10 to 20 knot by late night.
Visibility will be 5 to 10 kilometers decreasing to 3 kilometres at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 4 to 8 feet surging to 10 feet at first, falling 3 to 6 feet by late night.
