Al Rayyan International University College (ARIU) in partnership with the University of Derby in the UK has added a new 'world-class' Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme to it educational portfolio. The new MBA Global programme will start in the second week of February 2023 and offer a pathway to doctoral degrees, including PhD and DBA, a statement explained Tuesday.
The programme, designed to accommodate working professionals with full-time (1-year) and part-time (2-years) options, is not only academically rigorous, but also industry relevant.
Upon successful completion of the programme, all graduates will receive a graduation certificate from the University of Derby in the UK, which is fully recognised by the educational authorities in the UK and in Qatar.
The university will extend an exclusive scholarship to all students who register for the programme before the end of January 2023. The new MBA Global programme will complement the university's current academic offerings and help the country's expansion of high-quality postgraduate education. The programme will also contribute to the development and growth of Qatar's business sector and support the country’s efforts in the development of specialised education in strategically important industries.
The programme is licensed by the University of Derby and approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar. It is fully based on University of Derby’s curriculum, and upon successful graduation from the programme, students will be awarded with Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Derby in the UK. Dr Ivan Ninov, executive dean of ARIU with University of Derby stated: "Our academic majors are fully aligned with the core pillars of Qatar’s National Vision 2030 and our university offers first-class educational environment in which students are provided with unique opportunities for learning and growth.
