The Department of Da'wah and Religious Guidance of the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs has organised a course on purification and prayer for the visually impaired.
The course was organised in co-operation with the Qatar Social and Cultural Centre for the Blind, and was presented by preacher Sheikh Abdullah Muthanna al-Abara.
Head of the Religious Guidance Department Youssef Hassan al-Hammadi said the two-day course addressed the jurisprudence provisions required by blind people in their life and worship, in terms of purification and prayer, and everything related to this aspect to correct the prayer and worship performance.
