Sidra Medicine, a Qatar Foundation entity, has renewed its agreement with Al Koot Insurance & Reinsurance, a statement said. The updated agreement includes extended access for eligible Al Koot’s members, to all of Sidra Medicine’s private paediatric and women’s services.
Sidra Medicine CEO Dr Iyabo Tinubu-Karch said the ongoing partnership will lead to a better quality of continued care for patients. AlKoot CEO Ahmed Rafee al-Emadi said Sidra Medicine represents one of the highest quality and most prestigious service providers in the region.
Sidra Medicine’s range of private services, in addition to women’s services, has been expanded to include additional paediatric services under its new evening clinics programme, launched in 2022. Under paediatric care, private evening clinics include ENT, endocrinology, general surgery, urology, neurology, child and adolescent mental health and more. For women’s services, patients can access obstetrics, gynaecology (including gynaecology surgery), maternal foetal medicine and reproductive medicine.
