The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) condemned the attack which took place outside the Foreign Ministry in Kabul, leaving deaths and injuries.
In a statement on Thursday, GCC Secretary-General Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al Hajraf reiterated the GCC's firm position rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.
The GCC Secretary-General expressed condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
