President of the Republic of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow received the credentials of HE Hamad bin Rashid Al Athba as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Turkmenistan.
HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, and His Highness' wishes of good health and happiness to the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, and to the Government and people of Turkmenistan continued progress and prosperity.
