The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) announced two evening webinars, to introduce the book-building mechanism as per the offering and listing regulations issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
The first webinar will be held in Arabic on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, while the second webinar will be held in English on Monday, January 23, 2023.

The book-building mechanism is a mechanism used in global markets and many markets in the region to determine the offering price of shares by relying on qualified investors who have sufficient experience and knowledge necessary for fair pricing of the securities.
