Bayern Munich's squad arrived Friday in Doha to hold their winter training camp, the most titled team in Germany will join camp at the Aspire Zone stadiums until Jan. 12.
The German team delegation includes 21 players, while Manuel Neuer, Sadio Mane and Lucas Hernandez and Bouna Sarr were absent due to injury. Austrian midfielder Marcel Sabitzer as well as Moroccan Noussair Mazraoui will also be absent.
Bayern which is currently at the top of the Bundesliga standings after 15 rounds with 34 points four points ahead of its nearest competitor Freiburg, was keen to return to its favourite camp in Doha during the winter break.
The Bayern delegation is accompanied by a large number of media outlets which includes official social media channels, the Bayern channel, the Bayern website, as well as German television channels.
This camp is an important phase for the Bayern Munich team, as will as many international teams place their trust in the Aspire Zone Foundation which has become a destination for international clubs and teams.
