HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi met Wednesday with Azerbaijani ambassador to Qatar Rashad Ismayilov, whose tenure in the country is ending. HE al-Muraikhi thanked the ambassador for his efforts in enhancing and promoting the bilateral relations, wishing him success in his new duties.
