Qatar national team achieved 13 medals (9 gold and 4 silver) on the closing day of the Men’s West Asian weightlifting
Championship and 17th Men’s and Women’s Qatar weightlifting Cup. The two events were organised by the Qatar Weightlifting Federation over four days with the participation of 100
weightlifters representing 15 countries.
