Weather inshore until 6 pm on Wednesday will be cold and misty to foggy at times becoming partly cloudy to cloudy with rain at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor horizontal visibility.
Offshore will be partly cloudy to cloudy with scattered rain maybe thundery at times, the report added, warning of expected thunder rain, strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 05 to 10 knot turns to northeasterly to northwesterly by evening.
Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 06 to 16 knot reaching to 25 knot at times.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 8 feet at times.
